How does this service work?


In order to use this service you will need to become a Hotline member of BA Clubs. Registration is quick and easy: you’ll need your BA Staff number, date of birth and a valid credit or debit card.


Complete the online form and submit it to us. We’ll check your details while you wait and if your application is successful, you’ll be passed to our online payment service where you can pay your first year’s subscription.


Once we have received your annual subscription you will be issued with a password and log-in that you will use to access BA Hotline via this website. You will be contacted on your email address by the Altitude Plus/Perks at Work team with joining instructions for the shopping portal.
